Background & Experience:
Noava Health was founded by Mahsa Rahbari Aghdam, whose work brings together over a decade of experience across health and wellbeing, fitness, coaching, behaviour change, counselling skills, and psychology-informed practice.
Her background began in fitness, strength, and health coaching, and gradually developed into a more integrated approach to supporting people’s relationship with themselves, their habits, their bodies, and their emotional well-being. Her work is shaped by training in psychology, counselling skills, coaching, eating disorders and body image, behaviour change, and health-focused practice.

Her ongoing professional development includes training across neurodiversity, including ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, tics, and anxiety, as well as attachment and identity development, developmental trauma, eating disorders and body image, and depression and emotional wellbeing in young people.
Alongside this, her earlier background in art continues to inform her understanding of identity, expression, and the deeper human side of change. This breadth of experience allows her to support people in a practical, grounded, and psychologically informed way, helping them rebuild their health, habits, self-trust, and relationship with themselves in ways that support lasting change.
